The new Sharing Appointment Templates feature allows the user to
create and/or edit a template for a single resource and then allow other
resources to use that same template. The process of using templates now
becomes much more manageable and efficient.
How it Works
A new Resources Tab has been added to the Insert Template Screen.
This tab lists all resources in the practice and will allow the user to assign
multiple resources to one template. From the Template screen you can
Add, Edit or Delete a template.
Add a Template
If Add a Template is selected, the newly created Resources Tab will be
available along with the Template and When Tabs. The Resources Tab
will allow the user to select the resources who will use this template. The
user may select one resource, many resources or all resources.
Edit a Template
When Edit a Template is selected, the Resources Tab will be available
with the existing resources pre-selected. All related template information
can be changed including adding and removing resources assigned to the
template. The system will prompt the user if they are sure they want to
remove a resource from an existing template. At least one resource must
exist per template at all times.
Delete a Template
When Delete a Template is selected, the system will prompt the user for
which resources to delete the template for. The user may select one, many,
or all resources. For those resources deleted, the given template will no
longer appear on their template list.
You can select one, many or all resources when creating a template.

The template can now appear on all resources schedules if selected.
